- Items eligible for exchange include books, stationery, and other merchandise purchased directly from Book Stop.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Eligible Items:
- Sale items or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Gift cards and downloadable content (e-books, audiobooks) are non-exchangeable.
3. Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please bring the item along with the original receipt to any Book Stop location.

4. Refunds:
- Refunds will not be issued for exchanged items. Instead, you will receive store credit or a replacement item of equal value.
- If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement or store credit.
6. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 25 euros.
7. Changes to Policy:
- Book Stop reserves the right to modify this exchange policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
